BOOKING TERMS

The terms and conditions set out below apply to all bookings made through this website for any of our room.

Pricing

All prices shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). 

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. 

The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and, until you have received your confirmation number.

Availability

Availability of rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.

Pets

All of our guest house are able to accommodate pets, given prior notice.

Car parking

There are 2 parking bays available for free of charge. 

Arrival and departure

Room is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the manager.

Deposits and pre-payments

Full payment is required prior to arrival to confirm your reservation, by bank transfer.

On arrival, you will be asked to settle your account. We accept all major credit cards via our Yoco Machine, including MasterCard & Visa.

 Cancellations and amendments

Should you need to cancel your reservation then please let us know. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, 50% of cancellation fees apply. Should you not arrive at the guest house without prior notification as indicated above; a 100% cancellation fee will apply.  All cancellation reasons will be considered on their merit.

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, we cannot, unfortunately, guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests which you may make and our failure in this regard will not constitute a breach of contract.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:

  • accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
  • make alternative arrangements with us; or
  • cancel your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).
 For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any online booking.

Complaints or comments

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at any one of the rooms should be made in the first instance to the  manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately. 


General information

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.
Subject to the paragraph immediately below, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:

  1. there is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by us or by our employees or agents;
  2. such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
  3. any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of our contract;
  4. any loss is in excess of three times the fee payable in respect of your stay.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
